Holiday Inn Express & Suites Dalton, an IHG Hotel

Stayed for one night last week. Probably the nicest and cleanest Holiday Inn Express I've ever been to and I've stayed at a lot of them.

The one lady they have on staff does an excellent job, and is very patient considering some of the people she has to deal with. This is the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself gets 5 stars but the other customers dont, guys come in who reek of weed or cigarettes and some people are too stupid to understand that you shouldn't smoke inside the rooms. They clean up well though, my room smelled amazing.

Stopped for an overnight stay while traveling. Continental breakfast was offerred which is always a plus but food was not tasty. Rooms were clean and location was ideal. Had food and shopping options. Would not recommend using Indoor pool at all. Overall pretty good experience.

Driving home from a wonderful vacation and needed to stop for the night. Right off 75 easy to find. Check in was a breeze. The front desk women was nice. Room was clean and had all we needed for a family of 4. Including a pull out sofa with extra blankets and pillows. Breakfast was good. Lots of hot options and more then just bagels and fruit. Bed was comfortable. Room was dark and quiet. We all got a great night of sleep before hitting the road again.

I want to thank Val at the front desk for being so accommodating to us. She's very polite and professional. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I stay at lots of hotels and prefer IHG's. This hotel is definitely one of the better ones. The room was great and water pressure was great. We were right next to the highway, but the road noise was minimal. You might be able to hear a loud truck. I especially liked that they had LOTS of outside seating, which most Holiday Expresses do not have. There are lots of restaurants with in walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. Also, the breakfast was very good and better than most IHGs. Plus they have the coffee machines so you have access to good coffee 24 hours a day.

The hotel is in a great location off I-75. The rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. The coffee and breakfast are very good. Overall, the hotel is well maintained.

Donna was very kind and accommodating, which was much needed after a long day/night of driving. The room was large and clean and the ladybugs were no bother lol

Hotel was as expected, stayed at holiday inn several times. All are pleasant, some variations in the breakfast menu. What made this stay special was actually the breakfast lady (didn’t get her name) but a very nice person. Also Reyna at the front desk was there when I came in and when I left. She’s like the sweetest person ever!
